Welcome to Yoga Class US. These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your use of the Yoga Class US website (yogaclassus.com) and all related services, including class attendance, workshops, and events (collectively, the 'Services').

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Yoga Class US.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use our Services. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Services and that they have read and agree to these Terms on your behalf.

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are physically and mentally able to participate in yoga activities
• You will consult with a physician before participating if you have any medical concerns
• You will follow all instructions provided by our instructors
• You will not engage in any behavior that could be dangerous to yourself or others

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to disable any account if we believe you have violated these Terms.

4. Booking and Cancellation Policy

4.1 Class Bookings

You may book classes through our website, mobile app, or by contacting us directly. Class spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend booking in advance to secure your spot.

4.2 Cancellations

If you need to cancel a class reservation, please do so at least 2 hours before the scheduled class time. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before class may result in the deduction of a class credit or be subject to a cancellation fee.

4.3 No-Shows

If you fail to attend a class you have reserved without canceling in advance, it will be considered a no-show. No-shows may result in the deduction of a class credit or a charge to your account.

4.4 Late Arrivals

We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your scheduled class. For safety reasons, we may not permit entry more than 10 minutes after a class has begun, and no refunds or credits will be issued in such cases.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

Current pricing for our classes, packages, and membership options is available on our website. All prices are subject to change, but any price changes will not affect already purchased sessions or active memberships until their renewal date.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods as indicated during the checkout process. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

5.3 Automatic Renewal

Memberships and certain packages may automatically renew until canceled. By purchasing an auto-renewing subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

5.4 Taxes

All fees and charges are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be charged separately as appropriate.

6. Membership Terms

6.1 Membership Period

Memberships are valid for the period specified at the time of purchase (e.g., monthly, annual). The membership period begins on the purchase date.

6.2 Membership Benefits

Membership benefits vary by type and may include unlimited classes, discounts on workshops, and other perks as described on our website.

6.3 Membership Freezing

You may request to freeze your membership for medical reasons or extended travel by contacting us. Membership freezes are subject to approval and may be limited in duration.

6.4 Membership Cancellation

You may cancel your membership by providing written notice at least 14 days before your next billing date. No refunds are provided for the current billing period upon cancellation.

7. Class Packages

7.1 Validity Period

Class packages are valid for the period specified at the time of purchase. Unused classes expire after the validity period and will not be refunded or extended except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

7.2 Transferability

Class packages and memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

8. Health and Safety

Your safety is important to us. By using our Services, you agree to:

• Inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancies before class
• Practice within your own ability and modify poses as needed
• Follow all safety instructions provided by our instructors
• Use studio equipment properly and with care
• Maintain personal hygiene when attending classes

9. Code of Conduct

We aim to create a respectful, inclusive environment for all participants. You agree to:

• Treat instructors and fellow students with respect
• Arrive on time and stay for the duration of the class
• Keep conversations at an appropriate volume
• Silence mobile phones during class
• Refrain from wearing strong perfumes or colognes
• Not engage in disruptive, inappropriate, or threatening behavior

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove individuals who violate our code of conduct.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 Ownership

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Yoga Class US or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include:

• Modifying or copying our materials
• Using our materials for commercial purposes
• Attempting to reverse engineer or extract source code from our software
• Removing any copyright or proprietary notices
• Transferring the materials to another person or 'mirror' them on any other server

10.3 User Content

If you submit testimonials, comments, or other content to our website or social media channels, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content in connection with our Services.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOGA CLASS US AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SERVICES
• ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS AND/OR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN
• ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM OUR SERVICES
• ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE THAT MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH OUR SERVICES
• ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED, EMAILED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICES

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR USING OUR SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT OUR SERVICES OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE THEM AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

13. Assumption of Risk and Waiver

You acknowledge that participation in yoga and fitness activities involves inherent risks, including the risk of physical injury. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Yoga Class US, its instructors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from your participation in our classes and activities.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yoga Class US and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your violation of these Terms.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website with the effective date. By continuing to use our Services after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which our main business is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that state.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Yoga Class US regarding our Services and supersede any prior agreements.
