At Yoga Class US, we strive to provide exceptional yoga instruction and a welcoming community environment. We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your purchase or membership. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds, cancellations, and credits for our various services.
Please note: By making a purchase from Yoga Class US, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy. We recommend reading this policy carefully before making any purchases.
Single class credits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another class if you cancel at least 2 hours before the scheduled class time. No refund or class credit will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled class.
Class packages expire after their designated validity period (30, 90, or 180 days, depending on the package purchased). Expired classes will not be refunded or extended except in cases of:
Extension requests must be submitted before the expiration date and are granted at the discretion of management.
Members may freeze their membership for 1-3 months per year for the following reasons:
A freeze fee of $15 per month applies. Freeze requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before the billing date to take effect for the upcoming month.

If we cancel a workshop or special event, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a similar future event. In cases of instructor illness, we will attempt to find a suitable replacement before canceling.
Workshop registrations may be transferred to another person with at least 48 hours' notice for a $10 administrative fee.
Unused private sessions in a package may be refunded with a 20% administrative fee if requested within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, unused sessions may be converted to studio credit or transferred to another person for a $25 fee per session.
Private session packages expire 6 months after the purchase date. Expired sessions will not be refunded but may be extended for 3 months for a fee of $25 per session.
The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene considerations:
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift cards do not expire and can be used for any services or merchandise offered by Yoga Class US.
New student introductory offers and trial packages are non-refundable and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. These offers are limited to first-time customers of Yoga Class US only.
